he Budget Host Parkway Motel is a locally owned property with hospitable staff waiting to welcome you. We are the oldest continuously operating motel in Livingston. All rooms are ground floor with at door parking. Over size vehicle parking and plug-ins are available. The Budget Host Parkway Motel has standard rooms as well as family suites and fully stocked kitchenettes. Every room has high speed wireless internet, cable TV w/HBO, microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker, and an alarm clock. Hair dryer, iron, and ironing board available upon request. Pets are welcome for a nightly fee. Sit and relax after a busy day while enjoying a BBQ in our picnic area.
